The International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella FINALS | |
| Date | (Sat) Apr 28, 2012 at 8:00 PM | |
| Description | The 16th season of the Varsity Vocals International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella culminates in this final event with an incredible lineup of performances! Out of the hundreds of groups who apply to compete, only seven have advanced to this event, where they will compete for the title of International Champion. Our a cappella singers aren't necessarily music students, but they know very few limits to their repertoire, singing covers and reproducing instrument sounds using only their own voices. The a cappella phenomenon has truly swept the nation as vocal music becomes part of America's cultural vocabulary through Glee, The Sing Off, and other pop culture exposure. |
